I have an old Adobe Flash-based archive of my Intralinks exchange. How can I access the content?
Adobe stopped supporting their Flash Player beginning on December 31, 2020. In general, organizations no longer have Flash installed on their internal systems.
Intralinks may be able to convert your Flash-based archive to a new next-generation archive. The next-generation version will include all files and folders; however, the archive will not capture the contents of the Q&A module or any reports.
To discuss this option, please contact your Intralinks sales representative. Your rep can provide all the details and next steps.
If you don't know your Intralinks sales representative, please complete the form at https://www.intralinks.com/contact/sales.
A sales member will contact you as soon as possible.
Or for immediate attention, you can also call one of the regional sales lines on the form page.
