When a document’s lease period for offline access expires, you will have to authenticate again before you can access the file. The Choose Workspaces to Sync screen shows the length of time left for each lease.

- Continue to access IRM-protected Office files when my device is offline
Steps
Be sure your computer is connected to the Internet.
- Click the VIA Pro icon
in the system tray (Windows) / status menu (macOS).
- Select Renew Offline Access Leases.
