You can install the Intralinks VIA Pro Desktop Client, allowing you to sync your Workspaces to your Windows computer.
Note: VIA Pro for Desktop also includes the VIA Pro for Microsoft Outlook add-in.

About this task
- You can install VIA Pro Desktop on more than one computer (and use the application on multiple computers simultaneously).
- Depending on the policies set by your organization’s Intralinks VIA administrators, you might not be able to sync your Workspaces with VIA Desktop. If you have any questions about your group's policies, please contact your VIA administrator.
Steps
- Visit https://via.intralinks.com.
- Log in with your Intralinks account credentials.
- On your main Workspaces screen, click the Downloads
icon in the left-side panel.
- In the Intralinks VIA Desktop Client section, click Download for Windows.
- Download the installer to your computer.
- Next, double-click the downloaded file and follow the prompts to install the application.
