You can add users to a Workspace or shared folder through the VIA for Android app.
I want to
- Add participants to a Workspace or shared folder
Steps
- Tap the ellipses
icon next to the Workspace or folder name.
- In the panel that expands at the bottom, tap Share.
Note: If sharing a folder, tap This Folder when prompted. - On the Share This Workspace / Folder screen:
- Enter a user's email address. You can add multiple users at one time by entering a comma (,) or semicolon (;) after each email address.
- You can also click the address book icon to select users from your device's contacts.
- Select the role.
Note: If adding multiple users, they will all get the same role. To add a user with a different role, you can complete the steps again. - (Optional) Tap the Message icon and enter text. This text will appear in the Workspace invitation email the users receive.
- Tap Share.
