Adding Workspace participants | VIA Pro for Android

You can add users to a Workspace or shared folder through the VIA for Android app.

I want to

  • Add participants to a Workspace or shared folder

Steps

  1. Tap the ellipses android ellipsis icon.png icon next to the Workspace or folder name.
  2. In the panel that expands at the bottom, tap Share.
    Note: If sharing a folder, tap This Folder when prompted.
  3. On the Share This Workspace / Folder screen:
    • Enter a user's email address. You can add multiple users at one time by entering a comma (,) or semicolon (;) after each email address.
    • You can also click the address book icon to select users from your device's contacts.
  4. Select the role. 
    Note: If adding multiple users, they will all get the same role. To add a user with a different role, you can complete the steps again. 
  5. (Optional) Tap the Message icon and enter text. This text will appear in the Workspace invitation email the users receive.
  6. Tap Share.
