Intralinks sends you an email alert whenever files are added or updated and new comments are made on files in your Workspace. You can choose to receive all Workspace email alerts or no alerts.
I want to
- Configure whether to receive email alerts for all Workspaces
Steps
- Click the Notifications icon
in the navigation bar on the left side of the screen.
- Check or uncheck the Receive email alerts about Workspace updates option.
- Click the icon again to collapse the panel.
If you find that you're receiving too many email alerts, you can also control the alerts that you receive for each Workspace. See Setting your email alert preferences for an individual Workspace.
