If you are a Workspace owner, you can move any file or folder in your Workspace.

If you're an editor, you can only move files that you originally added to the Workspace (not files someone else added). You cannot move any folders (even those you created). If you're an editor and need to move a folder, contact the Workspace owner.

Viewers cannot move files or folders.

Steps

1. Select the files and folders that you want to move to a new location. 
2. Click the Move icon at the top of the screen.
3. In the Select Destination Folder screen, select a new location for the selected items.
4. Click Move.

Note: You can move files within a Workspace only. You can copy, but not move, files from one Workspace to another. When you copy files, only the current version is copied. Comments are not copied.
