Running a Usage Report | VIA Pro for the Web

As an Intralinks VIA Pro business group administrator or compliance officer. you can generate Usage Reports to monitor your group's VIA Pro activity.

I want to

  • Run the Usage Report
  • Open Usage Reports for my VIA business group

Steps

  1. On the left side of your VIA screen, click the Administration HC_viaAdministration_01.PNG icon.
  2. In the panel that expands, click Reports.
    Note: If you're an administrator or compliance officer in two or more business groups, select the appropriate group in the Business Group drop-down menu before clicking Reports.
  3. In the Report Type drop-down menu, select Usage Report.
  4. Click the Generate button.
  5. The new report will appear on the Generated Reports list, and a loading icon will indicate that it's in progress.
  6. When the report is complete, a check mark will appear before the name.
  7. Click the report name to open the Excel spreadsheet or the Download HC_viaDownload_02.PNG icon on the far right to save the report to your computer.
