Allowing participants to copy files between Workspaces and VDRs | VIA Pro for the Web

You can give Workspace participants the ability to copy files between the Workspaces to VDRs that they have been given permission to use. Participants can copy files only to VDRs that do not require entries for document custom fields.

Note: The terms VDR and exchange are used interchangeably in Intralinks products.

I want to

  • Enable Workspace participants to copy files between Workspaces and VDRs

Steps

  1. Click the key icon that appears in the navigation bar on the left side of the screen. A navigation panel slides out.
  2. Click on the Policies option.
  3. Mark the Enable people to add files to Intralinks Exchanges option.
  4. Click Save.
