VIA Pro for the Web
To use Intralinks VIA Pro for the Web, you must have one of the following browsers:
- Google Chrome (latest version, automatically installed by Google if you use Chrome)
- Firefox (latest version)
- Safari 6.1 or later (macOS only)
- Microsoft Edge (latest version)
For an optimal viewing experience, we recommend that you use Chrome or Firefox on Windows, and Chrome, Firefox or Safari on macOS.
To view downloaded IRM Information Rights Management (IRM) provides security for downloaded documents. When IRM is applied, documents are encrypted before downloading, and users must enter their email address and password to view the documents. Exchange managers can revoke access at any time.-protected documents, you must have Adobe Reader® 10 or greater.
VIA Pro for Android
Intralinks VIA Pro works best on Android devices with fingerprint scanning technology (Android 6.0 and later). The app also is compatible with older devices running Android 4.1 and 5.0, but features that require fingerprint scanning, including quick login and document download, will not be available.
VIA Pro for IOS
To use Intralinks VIA PRo for iPad and iPhone, you must have one of the following devices:
- iPad 2, iPad 3, iPad 4, iPad Mini
- iPhone (optimized for iPhone 5) iOS 8.0 or later is required.
VIA Pro Desktop Client for Windows
To use the Intralinks VIA Pro Desktop Client, you must have one of the following operating systems and other software:
- Windows 10 (32-bit or 64-bit), Windows 11
- Microsoft .NET Framework 6.1 or later
- Microsoft Outlook 2010 or 2013
To view IRM-protected documents, you must have Adobe Reader® 10 or greater.
VIA Pro Desktop Client for macOS
To use the Intralinks VIA Pro Desktop Client, you must have Mac OS X 10.10 or above. To view IRM-protected documents, you must have Adobe Reader® 10 or above.
