Question

In my Q&A exports, why is a particular Q&A coordinator listed as an Actor User when he's never accessed the exchange?

Answer

When auto-delegation is enabled for a category, any Delegated to events for the questions automatically display a Q&A coordinator's name in the exported report. The report pulls the name alphabetically, based on the first letter of the coordinator's last name.
